Mapping of the plants of each productive unit

BONFANTI CSS creates a map of all the productive units of your company, keeping track of the plants present in each one of them.

Thanks to the interface, it is possible to identify and filter each plant based on the department, number, machine capacity, or status, for easier navigation.

Plant sheet

In BONFANTI CSS, it is possible to access the sheet of every plant, where all the details of the machinery, the documents, signed intervention reports, audit logs, and all the necessary material are available to provide an overview of the maintenance status of every plant.

Thanks to BONFANTI CSS, companies always have complete video/photographic documentation available and accessible from any kind of mobile or fixed device. BONFANTI CSS allows companies to simplify document management and to always have at hand all the information about deadlines and plant status, as well as being able to view individual interventions in date order. Users have the possibility to upload pictures or attachments to make quotation requests or ask for more information about each plant.

With BONFANTI CSS, plant status can be monitored through an intuitive control panel, which allows you to immediately identify anomalies.
The interface is divided by colors identifying the status of the plants, making it easier to reach the desired documentation.

Notifications and alerts

By enabling notifications, it is possible to be warned via e-mail about the deadlines of the maintenance service, any spare parts requests, and to access numerous pieces of information through tablet, PC or smartphone.

Verification of processes and signatures

In the initial control panel missing signatures can be viewed, and maintenance processes can be monitored without overlooking any detail.

Data protection

CSS application is 100% compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - UE 2016/679). All the data in the system are visible just to authorized personnel through a reserved login and password and to Bonfanti’s service personnel exclusively for the requested tasks.

TAG techonolgy

Every BONFANTI plant comes with a TAG that allows you to access all the information about the history of interventions and the attached files by simply bringing the mobile device close to the TAG, speeding up and simplifying the machine control process.
